Job summary

Endeavor Health in Evanston, IL is seeking an RN for adult psychiatry on a full-time, evening shift (3:00-11:30pm) with rotating weekends and holidays. The unit requires current IL nursing licensure and NLN-accredited schooling; BSN strongly preferred.

Qualifications

License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
Education: NLN accredited nursing school; BSN strongly preferred
Certification: BLS/CPR per American Heart Association
Experience: Adult Psychiatry experience preferred

Responsibilities

Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care on a specific unit
Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care
Guide and direct assigned unlicensed personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care
Communicate and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
Contribute to safety outcomes and promote high quality patient experience
