Stonington Institute is hiring a per diem Residential Aide to participate in supervision and operation of the unit, ensuring resident safety and engagement, and enforcing institute policies for safety and security.

The role offers evenings, nights and weekends shifts with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development within Universal Health Services and its subsidiaries.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience in social services, residential treatment, and/or custodial supervision desired.
• Valid driver's license with MVR acceptable to organization, to include no DUI/DWI in past seven years.
• Ideally, public service endorsement or ability to obtain endorsement within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and engage residents to ensure safety and security.
• Implement all program and institute safety and security policies and procedures.
• Contribute to unit operations and site maintenance as needed.
