Avient Corporation is seeking an entry-level Production Associate in Englewood, CO to perform weigh-up or packaging duties in the production department. You will help ensure the highest quality product at the lowest cost, following Avient policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent training & experience.
• Industrial operations experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Mathematical skills for conversions and unit handling.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and starts weigh-up or packaging machinery according to procedures.
• Ensures correct ingredients and batch documentation align with recipes.
• Supports Production Operators by supplying materials and maintaining equipment.
• Completes required paperwork and maintains housekeeping standards.
• Follows safety rules and notifies supervision of issues promptly.
