Elite Care at Fanno Creek in Tigard, OR is seeking a Med Tech to support residents with daily living activities and compassionate care. Training is provided and a medication administration certification is not required initially.

The role includes documentation, communication with the team, and ensuring a safe environment. .shift is Wed-Sat 6pm-6am with a half-shift on Wednesday; compensation ranges from $22 to $28 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of medication management/administration experience preferred.
• Ability to administer insulin required.
• Must speak, read and write English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) and personal care.
• Monitor and report changes in health, behavior, and needs to the team.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and proper charting in the portal.
• Provide emotional support and encouragement to residents.
• Collaborate with team to ensure high-quality resident care.
