Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania - Elizabethtown Campus is hiring a Personal Care LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse to care for residents in a compassionate, safe, and timely manner. You will maintain competencies and complete ongoing education to support physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

The role emphasizes direct resident care, documentation, and collaboration with the care team. Evening shifts include shift differentials and a strong mission-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Current LPN licensure by the PA State Board of Nursing.
• CPR certification (prior to or upon employment).
• Previous experience in long-term care preferred yet not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitors nursing care by visiting residents routinely to ensure continuity and continual evaluation of care as related to care needs and provider orders.
• Assesses resident's condition and nursing care needs, assures that medications, treatments, and care are provided as ordered.
• Maintains appropriate documentation of nursing observations, including follow-up documentation in the medical record in accordance with acceptable standards of practice.
• Provides direct resident care and transports residents to activities and appointments as time permits.
• Performs glucometer readings, PVRs and other testing as needed.

Education

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

Current LPN licensure by the PA State Board of Nursing.

CPR certification (prior to or upon employment).
