Job summary

RM Management is seeking a Home Health Aide to provide compassionate personal care for residents in Maplewood, Minnesota. The shift runs 6:00pm–6:00am on alternating Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with pay between $18.50 and $22.50 per hour.

You will assist with daily living tasks, administer medications per MAR, document care, and support safety and well-being under the RN direction. Strong English skills, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs are required, with CNA/NAR or HHA

Qualifications

• High school education required; CNA/NAR or HHA certificate preferred.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to keep client information confidential.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications per MAR.
• Provide personal and routine care including hygiene.
• Complete required paperwork and reports.
