RM Management is seeking a Home Health Aide to provide essential personal care and health-related services for clients in our care. The role includes administering medications per MAR, assisting with daily living tasks, and supporting RN leadership in care planning.

Shift is 6:00pm-6:00am on alternating Fri/Sat/Sun. High school diploma and preferred CNA/NAR or HHA certificate. Training is required. We value confidentiality and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Qualificações

• High School diploma required; CNA/NAR or HHA certificate preferred.
• HIPAA, Vulnerable Adult policies must be understood and followed.
• Complete at least eight hours of documented training.
• Ability to lift/carry up to ~30 lbs and perform care tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications per MAR and maintain MAR compliance.
• Provide personal and hygiene care, including dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Complete required paperwork and state-mandated reporting.
• Ensure facility compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Encourage participation in activity programs and coordinate with RN as needed.
• Maintain client confidentiality and accurate communication with the care team.
