Qualifications

• Provide personal care and support to residents.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and homelike environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support transfers and mobility; help with positioning and safe lifting.
• Document care and collaborate with nursing staff and therapy teams.
