Job summary

Americare Senior Living in Piedmont, Missouri is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide hands-on resident care in our skilled nursing community. You’ll assist with ADLs, mobility, and daily activities, working closely with licensed staff to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Valid CNA certification in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with transfers, lifting, repositioning, and mobility as needed.
• Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition and care provided.
• Support restorative nursing and therapy activities as directed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and homelike environment for residents.
• Report accidents, incidents, or concerns involving residents, staff, or visitors.
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members.
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques and use of required safety equipment.
