Responsibilities

• Record entries on flow sheets and charts in a clear, descriptive manner.
• Report changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Assist residents with daily activities (grooming, dressing, eating, mobility) as directed.
• Transport residents to rooms, to meals, or to treatment areas safely.
• Maintain a warm, calm environment and cooperate with other staff to ensure resident comfort.
