Job summary

Deer Meadows Rehabilitation Center invites applications for a compassionate and dedicated CNA in our Weekend Program. You will provide direct patient care and support to residents to enhance their daily living and well-being.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a licensed CNA certification in Pennsylvania.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team and deliver patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct hands-on care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting and transfers.
• Monitor and record vital signs, promptly reporting changes or concerns to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
