Responsibilities

• Perform duties per facility policies and procedures and safety rules.
• Make resident rounds at the start of each shift and every two hours to provide care.
• Verify resident identification before care or meals to ensure correct resident receives services.
• Make beds and clean bedside and overbed tables.
• Other duties as directed by supervisor (Charge Nurse/RN Supervisor/Director of Nurses/Administrator).
