Job summary

Twin Cities Orthopedics is seeking an MRI Technologist for a part-time role, performing quality MRI images per physician orders. The position offers 2–3 evenings per week (4:00 PM–8:00 PM) at Brooklyn Park or Plymouth locations, with a focus on excellent patient service.

Responsibilities include patient prep, image quality, and adherence to safety protocols. ARRT or ARMRIT certification with MRI experience is required. Sign-on bonuses may apply for select roles.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARRT or ARMRIT approved program.
• ARRT Certification Magnetic Resonance, ARMRIT Certified, or a minimum of 1 year of full time experience in an MRI department required.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures in proximity to the magnet to aid diagnosis.
• Inform and prepare patients for procedures, including researching implanted devices.
• Maintain patient files and manage radiology films.
• Prepare, clean and stock work area with supplies.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair.
• Maintain precautions for RF exposure.
• May include IV contrast administration as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
