Job summary

WellSpan Health in Lewisburg, PA is seeking an MRI Technologist for the evening shift. The role performs routine and advanced MR imaging, on-call when required, with ARRT MRI certification and documented MRI training. Position supports patient care and safety in a fast-paced diagnostic environment.

The ideal candidate has an accredited radiologic program, a high school diploma or GED, and 2 years of relevant experience, plus BLS certification. Evening/prn hours may involve weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years relevant experience.
• BLS (CPR) upon hire required.
• ARRT MRI certification upon hire required.

Responsibilities

• Performs MR imaging studies and explains procedures to patients.
• Administers IV contrast under physician supervision and manages reactions.
• Schedules cases and coordinates with other exams.
• Positions, transfers, and immobilizes patients; follows MRI safety procedures.
• Maintains documentation as required by department and profession.
