Qualifications

• 2–5 years of injection molding experience.
• Mechanically inclined with ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Able to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Basic computer skills including email and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Install, set up, and troubleshoot injection molding machines to optimize production and quality across materials.
• Set up auxiliary equipment and robotic systems to meet packaging requirements.
• Follow Molding Work Instructions, prints, specs, work orders and production documentation.
• Identify and resolve molding process issues and quality defects.
• Perform changeovers, record downtime and scrap/rejects, verify BOMs for production accuracy.
• Ensure material and product containment procedures are followed throughout the process.
• Use measuring instruments and production tools; report issues to Tooling and Maintenance departments.
• Maintain a safe, organized work area per company policies.
