Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree required for MLT program completion.
• Clinical experience up to 1 year as required by MLT program at a hospital.
• Certification as MLT or Medical Technician by ASCP or AMT required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, organize, and manage workload effectively.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and completeness of test results.
• Handle complex assignments and follow documented procedures.
• Demonstrate sound judgment and problem‑solving skills.
• Maintain knowledge of laboratory procedures and QA processes.
