Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• Up to 1 year of hospital clinical experience required by MLT program.
• ASCP or AMT certification required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform a full range of laboratory tests and report findings to physicians.
• Confirm accuracy of test results and maintain quality assurance.
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments across multiple disciplines.
• Utilize laboratory information system in daily duties.
• Follow established policies and procedures with supervision as needed.
• Support transfusion services, chemistry, hematology, microbiology and others as required.
