Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MLS or related discipline.
• ASCP certification or equivalent required; must pass within 18 months of hire.
• Ability to read, speak and write English effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis of blood, urine, stool and body fluids.
• Evaluate reports based on clinical and analytical conditions and maintain test quality.
• Collect appropriate specimen samples and ensure accurate identification.
• Evaluate test results in light of patient condition and testing conditions.
