Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college/university in Medical Technology or MLS.
• Transcript submission required; may consider related science degree with lab experience.

Responsibilities

• Record and/or enter laboratory results and notify supervisor of abnormal findings.
• Report stat and highly abnormal results promptly according to procedures.
• Perform quality control and calibrate equipment used in tests.
• Notify personnel of specimen or equipment issues per policy.
• Prepare standards, reagents, and materials for testing.
• Coordinate results with nursing units or client offices as needed.
