Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a part-time merchandiser to service Central/South Austin and San Marcos areas. The role involves stocking shelves, rotating products, setting up displays, and moving items to the sales floor, with evening shifts and a $24.50/hour rate.

The position requires physical labor, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transport to access multiple store locations within the shift. You will work under supervision with opportunities to adjust schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have car or personal transportation to access multi-store locations within assigned shift.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and proof of insurance.
• Able to lift, push, and pull cases weighing 20–45 pounds and perform bending/squatting during merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in backroom and on shelf.
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location.
• Use equipment to move products (e.g., hand trucks, pallet jacks).
• Display promotional materials such as signs and banners.
• Maintain neat back room stock.
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management.
• Build customer relationships at store level.
• Deliver customer service and attend to customer needs.
