Job summary

PepsiCo in Utah is seeking a Merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate products, build displays and move items between backrooms and sales floors in large‑volume stores. You will work with store staff to ensure visibility and product availability.

This labor‑intensive role requires lifting 20–45 lb cases, bending and pushing, with a Wednesday–Sunday 3pm–11pm schedule and a car for travel between locations. A valid driver's license and reliable attendance are required.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and proof of insurance.
• Access to multi-store locations with transportation.
• Able to lift 20-45 lb cases and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise shelves, coolers and displays in accounts.
• Rotate products in backroom and on shelves.
• Transport products between backroom and shelf.
• Use equipment to move products (U Boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks).
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners.
• Keep back room stock neat and orderly.
• Communicate issues to store managers and Pepsi management.
• Build customer relationships at store level.
• Follow operating procedures (scan-in/scan-out, route).
• Deliver customer service and attend to customer needs.
• Work with minimal supervision in a self-managed role.
• Use handheld devices to input orders.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance.
