Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Pass the physical capabilities test (if applicable)
• Must have car or personal transportation to access multi-store locations within assigned shift
• Valid U.S. Driver's License
• Proof of insurance

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelves, coolers and displays with PepsiCo products in assigned accounts
• Rotate products in backroom and on shelves
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location
• Operate equipment to move products (e.g., hand trucks, pallet jacks)
• Display promotional materials such as signs and banners
• Keep back room stock neat and orderly
• Communicate store issues to store managers and PepsiCo management
• Build customer relationships at the store level
• Follow operating procedures (scan-in/scan-out, route adherence)
• Service accounts during designated times
• Deliver customer service and attentiveness to customer needs
• Operate with minimal supervision
• Use handheld devices for orders
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance
