Job summary

The Merchandiser at Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated services multiple bulk accounts by merchandising Coca-Cola products and displays at customer retail locations in North Indy, Fishers, Noblesville, and McCordsville.

Responsibilities include following planograms, moving products from backrooms to shelves, and coordinating with store management. Requires reliable, independent work ethic and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to serve a variety of customers.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively).

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures.
• Physically moves products from backroom to display.
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials and rotates products.
• Organizes back room by stacking and arranging products and managing pallets.
• Fosters relationships with store personnel through follow-up on requests and programs.
