Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of related psychiatric or geriatric-psychiatric experience.
• Experience as Nurse Aide/Assistant/CHHA/EMT or approved aide program preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide constant, alert observation and companionship to assigned patients.
• Review and follow patient care plans to support goals and complete assignments.
• Record vital signs and report out-of-range values to RN.
• Document patient location, activity, behavior, and observation level every 15 minutes.
