Job summary

Open Door Mission in Omaha is seeking an Evening Men's Support Worker to assist guests, supervise mealtimes, and respond to crises during 3:00 PM–11:30 PM shifts.

You will provide crisis counseling, de-escalation, medication access, and support with daily closing procedures, while embodying our Christ-centered ministry.

Qualifications

• Visible relationship with Christ and regular church attendance.
• Experience in Human Services or related field.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.

• Pay Range: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
• Pay Frequency: Bi-Weekly
• Schedule: 40 hours a week, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• Work Location: Omaha Campus, Garland Thompson Men's Center.
