Qualifications

• Must possess patience, empathy and a genuine desire to help others.
• Previous experience in senior care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in a respectful, compassionate manner.
• Assist residents with taking medications as needed under supervision.
• Support resident independence, monitor safety, and communicate changes to supervising staff.
• Participate in team meetings and maintain a warm, respectful environment.
