Springs Living, LLC is seeking a Medication Technician in Bozeman, MT, to provide essential medication-administering support and health services to residents in a warm, home-like setting.

You will collaborate with physicians, home health, hospice, and pharmacy partners to ensure safe and accurate care, while upholding Springs Living’s mission to honor seniors with compassion and respect.

Qualifications

• Traits: organized, able to prioritize, patient, empathetic, positive and professional attitude, compassionate, creative and proactive thinking, teamwork-oriented, and passion to serve others.
• Caregiving or Med Tech Experience preferred
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology
• Ability to pass pre-employment criminal background and drug screening
• Genuine appreciation for seniors and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Administers or assists residents to self-administer medications and treatments.
• Measures vital signs and weight; performs other health services tasks.
• Communicates with physicians, implements physician orders, and reports/documents pertinent information.
• Works closely with home health, hospice, and pharmacy services.
• On-floor supervisor responsibilities as Medication Technician.

Medication Technicians provide a variety of services to our residents, including but not limited to:

• Administers or assists residents to self-administer medications and treatments;
• Measures vital signs and weight; and performs other health services tasks.
• Communicates with physicians, implements physician orders, and reports/documents pertinent information.
• Works closely with home health, hospice, and pharmacy services
• Additionally, Medication Technicians work as the on-floor supervisor
