Position Overview

Medication Technicians provide a variety of services to our residents, including but not limited to:

Administers or assists residents to self‑administer medications and treatments.
Measures vital signs and weight; performs other health services tasks.
Communicates with physicians, implements physician orders, and reports/documents pertinent information.
Works closely with home health, hospice, and pharmacy services.
Works as the on‑floor supervisor.

Qualifications

Organized, able to prioritize, patient, empathetic, positive and professional attitude, compassionate, creative and proactive thinking, teamwork‑oriented, and passion to serve others.
Caregiving or Med Tech Experience preferred.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Ability to pass pre‑employment criminal background and drug screening.
Genuine appreciation for seniors and willingness to learn.
