Qualifications

• Must be certified on state registry as a Medication Technician within 120 days of employment.
• Ability to frequently lift and transfer up to 30 pounds of resident weight.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to perform sequential tasks.
• Motivation and desire to work with geriatric residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Administer and record medications as ordered by the physician.
• Comply with established policies and procedures.
• Promote activities of daily living according to the resident's service plan.
