Southcoast Health System, Inc. in Charlton Memorial Hospital – Fall River, MA is seeking a Medication History Tech to join our pharmacy team.

Under the direction of a pharmacist, you will perform medication history tasks and related pharmacy functions to support safe patient care. Requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent, Massachusetts state registration as a Pharmacy Technician, and national certification (CPhT or ExCPT).

Qualifications

• Massachusetts state registration as a Pharmacy Technician is required.
• One year of related work experience is required; three years is preferred.
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT or ExCPT) is required.
• Must be vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or have an approved exemption.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of a Pharmacist, the Medication History Tech performs pharmacy-related functions, in compliance with department policies and procedures that provide optimal pharmaceutical care.

Education
