Job summary

Peregrine Senior Living in Salisbury, MD is seeking a dedicated Resident Medication Assistant to support residents’ daily living and medication administration under physician orders. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, compassionate care, and teamwork within memory care programs.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, state-required trainings, and a CMT License; two years of resident care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years of resident care experience and/or training required.
• Successfully complete all trainings as required by state regulations.
• CMT License required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents’ rights
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing of bed linens, positioning, transfer, mobility, and incontinence care as needed
• Assist in monitoring the medication program
• Dispenses medication in accordance with physician orders and as stated on the Medication Administration Record for all residents
