Job summary

Hillcrest Silver Ridge in Gretna, NE is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant / Medication Aide to provide medication support, personal care, and daily living assistance to residents. This full-time role includes evenings 2:00pm - 10:00pm and every other weekend, with a focus on independence and resident choice.

You will administer medications safely, monitor residents, document vital information, and collaborate with nurses and team members to maintain dignity and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Prior direct-care roles in aging/assisted living preferred.
• Strong attention to medication administration and documentation.
• Ability to communicate changes in resident condition promptly.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications following the five rights and document them.
• Monitor residents after medication, report changes to licensed staff.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Support residents with adaptive devices and dining.
• Complete required EMR documentation.
