Centurion Health is seeking a Medication Aide Level 1 for the Eastern Reception, Diagnostic, and Correctional Center in Bonne Terre, MO. Under supervision, administers prescribed medications and ensures documentation of effects and any side effects.

The role requires a High School Diploma/GED and may prefer DHSS/DMH Level 1 certification, insulin certification, and 1 year of acute care or correctional experience. Evening shift with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred Level 1 Medication Aide certification (DHSS/DMH) or DD Medication Aide.
• Insulin certification preferred.
• Must complete continuing education to maintain certification; TB documentation and CPR/AED current.
• Background check and security clearance may be required.
• One year experience in acute care, emergency or correctional setting preferred.

• Monitors for adverse actions or side effects and records results.
