Qualifications

• Medication aide certificate and CPR are required.
• Minimum of one year related experience preferred, or experience as Nursing Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementation of prescribed health care plan.
• Administer medications to residents according to prescribed schedule.
• Record and observe any reactions and report to supervisor.
• Take and record vital signs prior to administration as required.
