Job summary

Avantara Saint Cloud is seeking a dedicated Medication Aide/CNA to join our memory care team. This full-time evening position (2-10pm) requires SD CNA licensure and a Medication Aide license, with 1 year CNA and MA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• State of South Dakota C.N.A. License.
• Successful completion of State of South Dakota approved Medication Aide License.
• One (1) year of C.N.A. and Medication Aide experience is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents receive medications and maintain high standard of care.
• Provide activities of daily living support and monitor resident condition.
• Maintain a safe environment and document observations for care planning.
