Job summary

Genesis Oceanside Center is seeking Med Techs for full-time and part-time roles, with an evening shift from 3pm to 11pm. The position includes administering medications under a licensed nurse, maintaining medication supplies, and coordinating with the pharmacy for orders and refills.

Qualifications

• Must have state-approved medication aide training.
• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant with one year of CNA experience.
• English language proficiency to ensure patient safety and communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer routine and PRN medications as prescribed and document administration.
• Maintain medication supply and restock carts and medicine room.
• Notify pharmacy of new medication orders and refills.
• Perform accurate vital sign monitoring when indicated by drug therapy.
