Qualifications

• State approved medication aide training is required.
• State approved CNA training program is required.
• Must be a CNA with one year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision of a licensed nurse, administer medications and medicated creams per standards.
• Prepare and administer routine and PRN meds and document administration per policy.
• Maintain medication supply and restock carts and room.
• Notify pharmacy of new medication orders and refills; monitor patient responses.
