Responsibilities

• Produce accurate test results according to age-specific SOPs.
• Verify patient identifiers and match specimens to orders.
• Perform QA/QI activities and participate in CAP surveys.
• Maintain instrument uptime and preventive maintenance.
• Prioritize STAT work and document results promptly.
• Communicate effectively with team and supervise when needed.
