Responsibilities

• Produce accurate results according to age specific SOPs.
• Match patient IDs to specimens with no clerical errors.
• Coordinate simultaneous procedures with accuracy.
• Perform QA/QC and instrument maintenance as required.
• Respond to STAT orders and communicate results promptly.
• Maintain inventory and ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Participate in CAP surveys and quality improvement activities.
• Mentor staff and document procedures clearly.
