Responsibilities

• Coordinates and follows through on inbound calls for the laboratory.
• Performs outbound calls to clients following procedures.
• Reports results and notifies medical staff of critical results.
• Ensures rapid complaint resolution and proper documentation.
• Maintains knowledge of ACL operations and databases, including telecommunication and reporting data.
• Coordinates blood draw requests with phlebotomy and courier departments.
• Assists with maintenance of existing accounts and client service policies.
