Job summary

Agiliti Health, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Technician I to deliver and manage medical equipment for healthcare facilities. You will load and secure equipment, educate customers on features, and complete documentation for billing and inventory.

This role supports a 24/7 schedule with potential evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requirements include 21+ years old, a valid driver’s license, customer service experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver's license.
• Have customer service experience.
• Prior hospital setting experience is helpful.
• Have basic computer skills.
• Be willing to work flexible hours incl evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, secure, and deliver medical equipment to customers; retrieve equipment from locations and return to office.
• Educate customers at delivery, explaining features and functions of equipment.
• Complete all paperwork and data entry accurately for billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
