Job summary

Gore is seeking a Divisional Manufacturing Operator/Tech to join its Medical Division at the Elkton, Maryland facility. You will work on the Evening Shift from 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM, Monday through Thursday, manufacturing medical devices with a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• 2 years proven experience as an Extrusion Machine Operator or related role.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and machine operation experience.
• Ability to pass visual acuity and color vision tests in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production equipment
• Assemble materials using written instructions (SOPs)
• Visually inspect, ensure, and assemble parts to quality specifications
• Enter data into tracking system
• Collaborate with other functions to improve processes
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
• Follow training expectations and adapt to role changes
