MedSpeed is seeking a Logistics Service Representative/Medical Driver in Charlotte, NC. The role involves driving company vehicles to transport lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals, and related materials, with a 3:30 PM–12:00 AM shift and a $18.00/hr wage.

Responsibilities include safely loading/unloading, using a handheld scanner, and following schedules while presenting a professional image to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 19+ with an active driver’s license for 3 years.
• Demonstrated dependability and reliability.
• Familiarity with technology and driving-related apps.
• Ability to follow procedures closely and determine efficient routing.
• Must pass initial and random drug & alcohol screen.
• Drive a non-commercial vehicle in varying weather and traffic.
• Excellent driving history required.
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination per location mandates.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and handle varying item weights.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and transport lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals, and related materials in company vehicles.
• Operate a hand-held scanner to track items through the transportation cycle.
• Follow all policies, procedures and service schedules while representing MedSpeed professionally.
• Load and unload materials, ensuring proper equipment use.
• Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain a clean vehicle.
• Collaborate with teammates and clients, adapting to route changes as needed.
• Support a collaborative MedSpeed team culture and deliver reliable service.
