Job summary

Charter College is seeking part-time Medical Assistant instructors to join their Medical Assistant Program in Reno, Nevada. In this role, instructors will prepare and deliver lectures and practical instruction, participate in student retention, and manage grading and attendance.

The ideal candidates will have a current Medical Assistant certification, at least two years of experience, and skills in customer service. Evening shifts are required, providing flexibility in teaching hours and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience as a Medical Assistant.
• Experience in a blended teaching environment preferred.
• Ability to relocate to Reno, NV before starting work.

Responsibilities

• Participate in student retention efforts.
• Prepare and provide all lecture, laboratory, and clinical instruction.
• Grade assignments and manage student attendance.
