Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate’s Degree if teaching in a degree program.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years related practical work experience in the subject matter.
• RMA or CCMA certification. BLS current or within 6 months of hire date.
• Demonstrate up‑to‑date knowledge and continued study of the subject matter.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical, organized, and able to multi‑task.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills in an educational setting.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams).
• Willingness to travel locally or overnight occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes on a regularly scheduled basis and create a welcoming learning environment.
• Assist in curriculum development, course materials, scheduling, and equipment upkeep.
• Maintain neat classrooms or labs and academic/attendance records.
• Submit attendance, grades, and evaluations to appropriate personnel.
• Notify Supervisor of any issues requiring attention.
• Utilize retention techniques to assist students.
• Complete teacher education modules based on observations and evaluations.
• Attend or conduct in‑service training and faculty meetings.
• Assist with inventory and replenishment requests.
• Alert Supervisor to student absences and issues.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
