Legend Senior Living in Riverton, NJ is seeking a Med Technician to join our nursing team. You will coordinate medication administration for residents and assist with activities of daily living, ensuring comfort and safety in a supportive environment.

You will document tasks, communicate with health care staff, and participate in a collaborative care model. The role requires NJ certification to pass medications and may include evening shifts.

Qualifications

• New Jersey state certification to pass medications required.
• Experience with medication administration and resident care preferred.
• Able to document accurately in resident records.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medications for all assigned residents.
• Support daily resident care including personal care, grooming, hygiene, meals.
• Monitor residents' comfort and respond to needs.
• Document completed tasks such as shift reports and resident records.
• Communicate urgent needs for the next shift to the Health Care Director.
