Qualifications

• Certified to pass medications per state regulations.
• Experience in assisted living or nursing environment preferred.
• Strong observation and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medications for all assigned residents.
• Assist with daily resident care including personal care, grooming, hygiene, meals.
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional comfort and respond as needed.
• Document tasks such as daily shift report and resident records.
• Communicate urgent needs and concerns to Health Care Director.
• Manage assigned tasks within scheduled shift.
