Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a Mechanical Assembler responsible for assembling bulk container handling equipment, both mechanical and simple electrical components, in a fully onsite facility. You will follow Arrowhead Conveyor drawings and BOMs, perform quality checks, manage labor and material records, and prepare gear for shipment.

The role requires a GED or higher and ability to read and interpret drawings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating instructions.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret diagrams.
• Basic PC skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work on assembly lines.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and simple electrical components per drawings and BOMs.
• Reduce non-value-added work and improve efficiency.
• Perform mechanical drive, structural, fluid control, and guard assemblies.
• Maintain quality through documenting labor, materials, and scrap reports.
• Prepare equipment for shipment and teardown as required.
• Adhere to Kanban inventory policies.
