Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking an Assembly Operator for a fully onsite role at our designated facility. You will perform assembly and non-CNC operations per standard work documentation and quality plans, using hand tools, engraver, and hoists as needed to complete tasks.

Daily tasks include reading prints and MI/QP, following instructions, and maintaining a clean, safe 5S work area. You will lift up to 60 lbs, work with lubricants, and collaborate with teammates across sites with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Must read prints, MI/QP to perform tasks
• Read and follow written and verbal work instructions
• Able to solve practical problems in varying scenarios
• Able to use inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
• Perform basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
• Compute rate, ratio and percent for bar graphs
• Lift up to 25 pounds and handle physical tasks

Responsibilities

• Assemble ball nuts and perform assembly per standard work procedures
• Operate small hand tools for deburr, engraver, and finishing tasks as needed
• Use saws, straighteners, buffers and overhead hoist when required
• Communicate daily with team and other facilities
• Maintain compliance with 5S, EH&S rules and environmental standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
