Job summary

TRCC in Dalton, GA is hiring a Material Handler to move, store and manage materials in the warehouse and production areas, ensuring timely delivery to support manufacturing operations and compliance with safety rules.

The role requires forklift operation license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and adherence to PPE and PPE protocols. On-site schedule Mon-Fri 4:00 pm–12:00 am; pay is $19.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Must meet physical requirements for the job.
• License to operate forklift.
• Wear personal protective equipment as required.
• Ability to operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and distribute raw materials, chemicals, and finished products according to safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Safely load and unload materials using forklifts and related equipment.
• Inspect shipments for accuracy and documentation compliance.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and documentation per policies.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Keep work areas clean and organized; report equipment issues.
• Work on site with no remote option; perform other duties as assigned.
